What happens in a Music Together class?
Did you know that all children are musical? Have you ever wondered what you can do to nurture the musical growth of your child, regardless of your own musical ability? Did you know that a Music Together class is a complete sensory experience for your baby, toddler and preschooler?
Each week fully trained, registered Music Together teachers lead groups of six to twelve children and their parents or caregivers (nannies, babysitters, grandparents, or relatives) in forty-five minutes of music and movement experience. Each weekly class offers a dozen songs and rhythmic rhymes, including fingerplays, small- and large-movement activities. We incorporate a huge range of instruments and musical props each week. Each class is a different musical experience as we explore the wide variety of 25-28 songs/chants from our current collection of music (1 of 9 collections).
Experience Music Together® and find out how important--and how fun--your role can be!

BABIES IN MUSIC TOGETHER - Every child reaps developmental benefits from early exposure to music and movement! Because the early months are so important, Music Together offers TWO OPTIONS for Babies. Babies under 12 months at the start of their class may attend a Mixed-Age Class, whether on their own or attending FREE with an older sibling or twin. Babies up to 12 months may also take the special "Babies Class" offered as an introduction to the program (see description below).
